Requirements
-Professional attitude and dress
-Ability to travel (Live & work out of a hotel Monday thru Friday)
-Hard working and energetic and able to put in long hours if needed
-Courthouse Hours, be in the courthouse from open to close
-After hours, work evenings and weekends to get files completed and turned in
-Laptop with printer, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
-Cell Phone with service plan for anywhere we have work
-Credit Card or ability to pay for travel & other expenses up front and be reimbursed from your expense report
-Trainees- all training is done through our office in Harrisville, WV

-Our landmen are full fledged landmen and not just Lease Buyers.
-Required to Abstract if needed
-All requirements of Abstractors apply
-Lease Hours- Whenever the Landowners are available (evenings and weekends)
